By accessing or using the Verexbase platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

These terms apply to all users of the Service, including cryptocurrency exchanges, custodians, and financial institutions using our vault management solutions.

Verexbase provides enterprise-grade cryptocurrency vault management services, including:

• • Transaction signing and broadcasting services
• • Policy-based approval workflows
• • Security monitoring and audit logging
• • API access for programmatic integration

As a user of Verexbase, you agree to:

• • Provide accurate and complete registration information
• • Maintain the security of your account credentials and API keys
• • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• • Use the Service only for lawful purposes
• • Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or exploit the Service

Cryptocurrency operations involve significant risks. You acknowledge that:

• • Cryptocurrency values are highly volatile and may result in loss
• • Blockchain transactions are irreversible once confirmed
• • You are solely responsible for maintaining backup access to your funds
• • Regulatory changes may affect the availability or use of our Service
• • Network congestion or failures may delay transactions

5. Service Level Agreement

Verexbase strives to maintain 99.9% uptime for our core services. We provide:

• • Real-time monitoring and incident response
• • Scheduled maintenance windows with advance notice
• • Disaster recovery and backup systems
• • 24/7 support for enterprise customers

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Verexbase shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Verexbase in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Verexbase reserves the right to suspend or terminate access immediately for:

• • Violation of these Terms of Service
• • Fraudulent or illegal activity
• • Non-payment of fees
• • Security threats to the platform

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Singapore.
